What is Scoop-It-Up Tennis?
Scoop-It-Up is a beginning tennis program combining instruction and team competition. A Site Director oversees the program, but parent coaches are needed for each team to make the program work. (Similar to youth soccer, basketball, or baseball)
Team Organization
We encourage parent coaches to organize a team of 5-6 children that you and your child want to participate with in the program. If children want to be on the same team, send in registrations together or write the name of your friend on your form.
Teams will be formed by grades whenever possible (1st graders vs. 1st graders) If there are not enough children within a grade level to organize league play, then teams will be a combination of grades (1st & 2nd graders together vs 1st and 2nd graders). |
